🔎 We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level RPA Developer with UiPath experience and a mix of development + production support skills.

🎯 Role Overview:

This role combines RPA development and production support, focusing on building, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions using UiPath and related tools.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath & Power Automate
• Support automations leveraging AI/LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Monitor production environments, jobs, queues & system health
• Handle incident management, issue tracking & resolution
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production validation
• Build reusable components and automation best practices
• Train and support end users on automation tools
• Collaborate with business & technical stakeholders

🛠️ Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in:
  • RPA / Automation Development
  • Production Support
• Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, StudioX) (Mandatory)
• Development experience in:
  • C# or Python
• Knowledge of:
  • SQL & data structures
  • ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Incident / Change / Problem management
• Familiarity with:
  • XML/XSLT
  • PowerShell or scripting

⭐ Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI-driven automation / LLMs
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
• Knowledge of .NET ecosystem
