ServiceNow development experience in modules such as Vulnerability response (VR), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Security Incident Response (SIR) Strong experience of ServiceNow platform development including, but not limited to Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, Inbound email actions, Email parser, Indicators (GRC), etc.
Hands-on experience in Service Catalogs, Workflows & Flow Designer Strong experience in Integrating ServiceNow with 3rd Party applications using REST message, spokes Experience in Orchestration activities Experience in CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery Good troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
