Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Developer with 6+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered solution development. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and customizing Copilot solutions to enhance business productivity and automate enterprise processes.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build scalable and secure Copilot-driven solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Configure and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot for business use cases.
· Build conversational AI solutions and enterprise copilots.
· Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
· Create and maintain Power Platform solutions including:
o Power Apps
o Power Automate
o Power Pages
· Develop custom connectors, plugins, and workflows.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.
· Troubleshoot and optimize Copilot applications for performance and usability.
· Follow security, governance, and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Skills
Technical Skills
· 6+ years of overall software development experience.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot customization and implementation.
· Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
· Experience with Microsoft Graph API integration.
· Understanding of Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI concepts.
· Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
· Proficiency in at least one programming language:
o C#
o .NET
o JavaScript / TypeScript
o Python
· Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted application development.
· Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
