Job Title: AI Architect (Microsoft Copilot Studio /Agentic AI / Power Platform)

Work Schedule: Candidates must be available to work in U.S. Central Time Zone (CST) business hours.
Experience Required:
15+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and enterprise architecture.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI services. This role will be responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, governance, security, and deployment strategies for custom copilots and multi-agent workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure AI Search, Power Platform ALM, and enterprise integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise AI copilots and agentic solutions.
Design scalable, secure, and compliant architectures using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
Establish reusable design patterns, reference architectures, and implementation standards.
Copilot Studio Architecture
Architect and govern custom copilots, topics, tools, and enterprise knowledge integrations.
Design multi-agent orchestration strategies for complex business workflows.
Establish conversation design, grounding, and response quality standards.
Azure AI Search & RAG Architecture
Architect hybrid and vector search pipelines for enterprise RAG solutions.
Design semantic indexing, enrichment, reranking, and secure knowledge retrieval.
Integrate Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI Service with Copilot Studio.
Enterprise Integration Architecture:
Define integration patterns for systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, and custom applications.
Architect custom connectors, REST APIs, and event-driven workflows.
Design secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID.
ALM, DevOps & Governance
Establish Power Platform ALM strategy using managed solutions.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Power Platform Pipelines.
Manage environment variables, connection references, and Dataverse dependencies.
Security, Compliance & Responsible AI
Implement data residency, DLP policies, and enterprise compliance controls.
Design monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Enforce Responsible AI principles and governance standards.
