Job Description
Service Cloud Architecture
- Define and own target‑state Salesforce Service Cloud architecture
- Lead remediation of technical debt within Service Cloud (case models, automation, integrations)
- Ensure compliant design for:
- Case management & workflows
- Entitlement & milestone tracking
- Email‑to‑Case / Omni‑Channel (if applicable)
CSV & Validation Enablement
- Provide architecture inputs for URS / FRS / DDS specific to Service Cloud
- Support validation activities ensuring:
- Design‑to‑test traceability
- Audit trails and data integrity
- Controlled configuration and customisation
Integration & Data Integrity
- Define validated integration patterns between Service Cloud and downstream systems
- Ensure robustness of:
- Support release readiness and post‑deployment verification
