Responsibilities: Responsive to needs of end user- client facing. Interface with sales rep. Will help with managing user base within sales cloud. This includes setting up user profiles/user accounts, resetting passwords, light end user training. Reporting is also very important- they will help build customized sales and marketing reports. Example: What campaigns are leading to what sales?
Ideal profile would be someone handling email sales and marketing campaigns. Working on reporting for the sales team in addition to helping with admin responsibilities. Must be client facing.
Responsibilities: Sr. CRM Specialist will lead Salesforce.com implementation across the organization with expertise in Email Marketing, Analytics and Data Architecture. Should have excellent ability in managing complex software implementations spanning multiple technologies and business processes, vendors and software platforms.
Specific Job Function:
·Develop Email Marketing Journeys and execute using SF Marketing Cloud.
·Design and develop the technology roadmap for large scale data management.
·Design integration architecture to integrate Salesforce with several data sources for large scale organizations.
·Design metrics and KPI reports for global distributed organizations.
·CRM Project Management, Salesforce architect, data analytics, modeling and visualization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years of consulting experience
5+ years of Salesforce experience
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
