Pay rate 55$/Hr on c2c
Onsite or Remote: Candidate must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. Remote work within the State of Wisconsin.
Must haves: WebSphere and IBM WebSphere MQ
A Systems Administrator III is appropriate for this position because we rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, we perform a variety of complicated tasks, and a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: (10+ years)
Installation, maintenance, administration, and monitoring of the WebSphere Software in a multi-platform environment (Linux and Windows)
Proactive resolution of problems and/or alerts received by various monitoring and management systems.
Resolution of connectivity problems, assisting users, and debugging problems.
Hands-on technical experience in support of software tools such as WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal.
Nice to Have Skills:
Provide a broad range of technical skills in support of all WebSphere customers.
Training and/or experience with scripting tools such as Bash, Korn, and jython.
Knowledge of change management best practices in a complex hosting environment.

Responsibilities:
• Provide support for various departments’ applications running on WebSphere and IBM WebSphere MQ
• Responsible for the installation, maintenance, support, and configuration of hardware and software
• Responsible for application deployments
• Maintain and update infrastructure documentation
• Complete implementation of security policies and filters associated with the tools
• Provide additional troubleshooting support
Qualifications/Required Skills:
• Experience with installation, maintenance, administration and monitoring of the WebSphere Software in a multi-platform environment (Linux and Windows) (5)
• Ability to provide proactive resolution of problems and/or alerts received by various monitoring and management systems.
• Ability to provide resolution of connectivity problems, assisting users, and debugging problems.
