Job Title: US Technical Recruiter
Duration: Full-Time
Location: Complete Remote work
Working hours : 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
Pls Note , This is a Inhouse or Product Hiring role.
Responsibilities:
Minimum of 1+ years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting work flow in the US IT Staffing. Must bring prior expertise on Full Time, W-2 contracts & contracts to hire placements. Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents. Exceptional Sourcing & Shortlisting Skills of highly qualified candidates through the Various job Boards(Dice), LinkedIn and references. Good understanding of Tax Terms W2/1099/C2C.Must have experience in creating Boolean search strings based on the job descriptions for resume searches on the job boards.
Experience in recruiting UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, AI, Machine Learning, Backend, frontend, FullStack, Blockchain, DevOps is highly desired. Technical Understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.Should have good interpersonal skills, written and great communication skills.Open for Flexible Working Hours. Strong Technical Understanding about the Technical Roles/SkillsAn aggressive team player, Self-motivated & Starter. Experience in Product & In house Hiring will be a plus. Excellent Communication & Written Skills.
