Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with nCino expertise to support testing activities for banking and financial services applications built on the nCino/Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating business processes, ensuring application quality, and collaborating with business and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for nCino and Salesforce-based applications.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Validate end-to-end banking workflows including loan origination, account onboarding, document management, and customer lifecycle processes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Execute data validation and backend testing using SQL queries.
Support release testing and production validation activities. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, business rules, and quality standards. Prepare test summary reports and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.
