Minimum Experience
• 7+ years of SharePoint developer experience primarily on SharePoint Online platform bridging business needs and IT solutions utilizing SharePoint out of the box features and functionality as well converting InfoPath to PowerApps forms, SharePoint workflows to Flow, SharePoint Online and Power BI configuration and development.
• 2+ year of O365 development in PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Experience working in SDLC and Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
Mandatory Skills
• Experience with modern SharePoint including pages, web parts, site configurations and content migration.
• Familiarity with SharePoint security, content types, columns, managed metadata, and pages
• Knowledge on InfoPath Forms , Nintex Workflows and BCS to reconfigure them in Online platform post-migration.
• Hands-on Experience in creating Power Apps and Microsoft Flow. Strong knowledge on rebuilding existing InfoPath forms to Power Apps and Workflows to Microsoft Flows
o Out of box SharePoint forms development
o Customizing SharePoint lists with PowerApps
o Automating business processes with Microsoft Flow
o Developing PowerApps canvas forms for a SQL db
o Understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods
o Installing and configuring data gateways
o Writing SQL queries
o PowerApps and Flow licensing
• Hands-on Experience in creating Nintex Workflows
• Hands-On Experience with REST, Graph and other APIs and integrating data outside of SharePoint Online and on-prem data sources like SQL, Oracle,
