Job Title: React Developer (Java Backend – Frontend Focused)

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled React Developer with strong Java fundamentals to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be frontend-focused, responsible for building scalable and high-performance user interfaces, while having working knowledge of backend development using Java-based technologies.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries for scalability
- Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs developed in Java
- Ensure optimal performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Debug and resolve frontend and integration issues
- Collaborate with backend teams to design efficient APIs
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Required Skills
Frontend (Primary Focus)
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite)
- Experience with REST API integration
- Knowledge of responsive design frameworks (Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind)
Backend (Supporting Skills)
- Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot / Spring MVC)
- Understanding of RESTful services and API design
- Basic exposure to backend debugging and integration
Preferred Skills
- Experience with TypeScript
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
