Job Description:
We are looking for a Power BI Developer with strong experience in data visualization and reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.)
- Transform and clean data using Power Query
- Write DAX queries for calculated columns and measures
- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy
- Schedule and manage data refreshes
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Experience with DAX and Power Query
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience in data modeling and data transformation
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)
- Knowledge of Python or R
- Prior experience in business intelligence or analytics roles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Power BI or similar BI tools
