Interview process: 3 step process , Live Coding interview / Client Technical Interview / Final Round with Walmart Manager or Director .

Role: JAVA Engineer

Location:  Bentonville – may be able to start remote but long-term if conversion would need to be coming back onsite

Interview Process:  1-round technical interview (post APEX screening) 


Project Details – Size, Scale, Scope?

  • Building Sam’s club loyalty program (cash-back, cash rewards, etc.) and building that on the cloud platform
  • Using advanced methodologies & tools – fully automating and putting into Azure cloud and building highly scalable/efficient applications

Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:

  • Heads down coding focused work in JAVA/Spring-boot

Preferred qualifications (would really like to see these):

  1.  Additional DevOps experience  (CI/CD – Jenkins, Git)

Team Size & Structure:

  • Will be a part of one of 4-5 SCRUM teams they have

Needed Soft Skills/Company Culture:

  • Flexible to learning new technologies

Education or Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s preferred, bachelor’s required

Level of experience target (junior/mid/senior and/or years of experience): Mix of senior and mid-level roles
