Wrike -Strong Proficiency required
Any CRM tools project experience required
maintain and creative w/changes. More stakeholders could join. Estab team, Eng team partners, work transitions, OR initial customer base may grow, include more in meetings, showcases.
Needs – help w/campaigns, summits around launches of new tools. Help keep Wrike space up to date. proficiency in wrike , stay organized.
Strong Project Management and Someone who can bring processes in. Communication skills are primary importance
Highly collaborative, flexible, creative and can work independently as a Project Manager.
Nice-to-have: – GenAI open to using it to enhance workflows. Process related. Appropriate use. No one who says won’t use these tools.
Nice to have: Call Center experience, if not below
Nice to have: Salesforce or Pega – understand but not a requirement. Will help them ramp faster
