ServiceNow ITAM Lead
Location: Bloomington, IL (Onsite)
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow resource with 5 to 7 years of expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM to support enterprise IT asset and hardware asset management implementations.
Job Description:
- Work extensively with the ServiceNow ITAM, HAM modules to manage and optimize hardware asset lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective integration of ITAM and HAM with other ServiceNow modules
- Utilize knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including APIs workflows and configuration to enhance asset management solutions
- Participate in the design development and customization of ServiceNow applications related to ITAM and HAM
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of IT asset and hardware asset management processes within the enterprise environment
- Ensure compliance with software license and hardware asset policies through effective configuration and automation
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving platform issues related to ITAM, HAM modules
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations processes and best practices
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM and HAM modules following industry best practices
- Develop and customize workflows business rules client scripts UI policies and actions specific to ITAM, HAM requirements
- Manage software and hardware asset lifecycle including discovery compliance license management and retirement
- Configure integrations with thirdparty systems for data population and synchronization using REST SOAP and other APIs
- Participate actively in build activities peer reviews and technical validations to ensure highquality deliverables
- Document technical details release notes and conduct knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support User Acceptance Testing UAT and address any issues
- Stay current with ServiceNow certifications and best practices related to ITAMHAM to continuously enhance platform capabilities
