Exp: 10+ years

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense (load scripts, data modeling, dashboards)

• Advanced expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and performance tuning

• Strong experience with Azure data services:

  • Azure SQL / Azure Synapse

  • Azure Data Factory / Fabric

  • Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2)

  • Azure Analysis Services / Power BI semantic models

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, ETL/ELT)

• Proven experience leading BI modernization or cloud migration initiatives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
