- Looking for a Workday technical integration specialist that will work on a range of system integration and conversion initiatives involving Workday and other systems
- Review and map Workday conversions, integration, and business processes therein

We are looking for a Workday implementation technical Cutover Lead to join our ES Next transformation program. The role will be part of the larger Release Management program team and partner closely with our Business Technology and Employee Success teams. This position will report to Business Technology leadership and will actively work with the ES Transformation project team and key stakeholders across Salesforce.
*Key responsibilities:** Develop a detailed, step by step cutover plan and checklist for transitioning from the current Workday HCM/Payroll tenant to the new Workday HCM/Payroll system reimplementation.* Develop a visual cutover calendar that illustrates key activities and milestones in the cutover process for non-technical stakeholders.* Define cutover stage gates, and the entry and exit criteria for each gate (e.g., Go/No Go gates).* Lead and connect all parties involved in the cutover activities including project workstream leads/team members, downstream system owners, administrative process owners and other subject matter experts to ensure the creation of an integrated and comprehensive plan.* Partner with business process owners and team members to identify key considerations, dependencies and cutover/cutoff dates for impacted processes, including but not limited to payroll processing, current tenant transaction processing cut-off dates, and dual entry and catch-up transaction processes.* Collaborate with implementation partner to define activities and the sequence of steps for the tenant build, including but not limited to migration of business process definitions, security policies, security groups, reports and integrations to the production tenant.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, and/or related fields.
* 7+ years of experience in managing large scale business systems implementations.* Workday implementation experience, with direct experience managing at least two large scale system cutovers (Workday HCM preferred).* Experience working in large, global multi-brand companies with over 50,000 employees.* Experience with Google Suite, SmartSheet and other project management tools.
