We need someone who can: 

•                    • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software systems and/or applications. 

•                    • Participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. 

•                    • Review technical specifications based on stated business requirements. 

•                    • Create technical designs for an assigned project and drive the development through assigned resources. 

•                    • Establish and ensure coding standards are met with at most quality by doing peer code reviews. 

•                    • Work with different groups within the organization like solutions, business, quality assurance, business analyst, infrastructure etc., to lead the project on the right track as needed. 

• • Learn and Adapt to new technologies and toolsets already implemented in the organization.

•                    • Mentor and train the associates and groom them to be the next leaders. 

•                    • Prioritize multiple projects put on the plate at once and ability to work different parallel streams. 

•                    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

 

Basic Qualifications for Consideration: 

•                    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering/Information Technology or Bachelor’s Degree plus equivalent IT industry experience. 

•                    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience on Microsoft .NET Programming technologies. 

•                    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using SQL databases and programing. 

 

 

•                    • Experience in object-oriented analysis, design and coding in C#. 

•                    • Experience working on Agile Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies. 

•                    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling onshore/offshore teams/stakeholders, timely delivery of the work items with the highest quality. 

•                    • Hands on experience in customer communication systems that involves document re-engineering, transformation, and composition of documents. 

•                    • Experience in writing complex SQL queries and Procedures with ability to debug and finetune performance issues. 

• • Experience in developing web services and APIs

 

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration: 

•                    • Oracle Database Experience. 

•                    • Perl scripting. 

•                    • Linux shell scripting. 

•                    • Prior work experience in Solimar and Racami tools. 

•                    • Knowledge on Print & Mail Business
