Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Provar Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions using Provar to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Provar Test Automation.
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and custom Salesforce implementations.
- Perform testing of Salesforce objects, workflows, flows, Apex, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop reusable automation components and maintain scalable test frameworks.
- Integrate Provar automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Perform API testing for REST and SOAP services using tools such as Postman.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, document issues, and support defect resolution.
- Maintain test data, test environments, and automation execution reports.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of QA Automation experience with strong hands-on expertise in Provar Test Automation.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce applications and Salesforce Lightning platform.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, fields, and security models.
- Experience with Provar Test Builder, Provar Test Case Design, and automated test execution.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and quality engineering practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git-based version control.
- Knowledge of API testing, REST/SOAP web services, and integration testing.
- Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Provar Test Automation Certification.
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Java, JavaScript, or other automation technologies.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise Salesforce environments.
