Role Summary
Must Have
• 10+ years of Business Analysis in BI reporting.
• Experience working with large and enterprise reporting environments.
• Strong understanding of reporting requirements, KPIs, business rules, and data dependencies.
• Ability to independently lead discussions, organize findings, and drive decisions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze the existing 10,000+ mainframe reports.
• Work with business stakeholders and report users to understand how reports are used and which are business-critical.
• Identify report owners, key users, and stakeholders.
• Develop a report migration plan that defines priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and recommended migration waves.
• Document key report requirements, business rules, calculations, and data dependencies needed for migration.
• Work with business, BI, and data teams to define the migration roadmap and support business validation.
Nice to Have
• P&C Insurance or financial-services experience.
• Experience with legacy reporting modernization or migration programs.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
• Exposure to mainframe, COBOL, DB2, or other legacy reporting environments
