Direct multiple concurrent workstreams
Align projects with Department strategic objectives
Manage implementation sequencing and priorities

Build and maintain project plans
Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate business and technical teams
Facilitate project meetings
Support executive decision-making
Deliver executive-level reporting and status updates
Vendor & Partner Management
Coordinate activities with:
ServiceNow Implementation partners, Third-party vendors
Deployment & Adoption
Coordinate testing activities
Support training programs
Manage deployment readiness
Support go-live execution
Assist with post-production stabilization and continuous improvement
Governance
Establish governance processes
Support executive steering activities
Ensure project quality and business outcomes
The consultant is expected to produce:
Enterprise ServiceNow project management plan
Integrated project schedule
Executive status reports
Risk and issue logs
Milestone reporting
Governance documentation
Executive briefings
Meeting agendas and action item tracking
Testing and deployment coordination artifacts
Knowledge transfer documentation
Role Descriptions:
7+ years enterprise IT project management experience
5+ years managing ServiceNow implementations or ServiceNow expansion initiatives
Experience managing complex multi-workstream technology projects
Essential Skills:
Integrations Organizational Change Management
Training & AdoptionFuture ServiceNow capabilities
The consultant will own coordination and delivery across these workstreams.
