Urgent roleJob Type – CTHLocal candidates onlySAP FICO Functional LeadChicago IL (Day One Onsite)Seeking an experienced and hands-on SAP FICO Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling processes to lead support and transformation initiatives from testing end with at least one Implementation and Support experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP FICO implementation and support projects from Testing.Involve in business process workshops, requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions.SAP Finance and Controlling modules including:General Ledger (GL)Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Asset Accounting (AA)Bank AccountingCost Center Accounting (CCA)Profit Center Accounting (PCA)Manage Accounts Receivable and Collections processes, including SAP FSCM.Analyze and resolve complex production support issues and process gaps.Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, IDocs, enhancements, reports, workflows, and integrations.Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Business Process Validation.Strong understanding of SAP process integration testing across FICO, MM, SD, Group Reporting and BI Reporting Solutions and FSCM modules.Ability to review test scenarios and identify business process gaps and control weaknesses.Nice to HaveSAP Test Automation exposure using Tricentis ToscaKnowledge of MuleSoft or other middleware integration platforms.Experience supporting S/4HANA upgrade testingSoft skills:Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Ability to coordinate and drive cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.High attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery.Experience in preparing status dashboards, executive reports, and project governance updates.Ability to independently drive project deliverables and support engagementsThanks & RegardsMohammad Faisal
