II. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules and custom applications
- Implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions for TCEQ projects
- Configure:
- Workflows
- Business rules
- Client/server scripts
- Integrations with external systems
- Ensure solutions align with:
- ServiceNow best practices
- ITIL-based ITSM processes
- TCEQ, DIR, and W3C standards
- Perform ServiceNow administration, upgrades, and enhancements
- Support System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
III. Required Qualifications
Minimum Experience
- 8+ years of advanced experience with ServiceNow platform and scripting
- 7+ years of experience with:
- Flow Designer
- Service Catalog
- System integrations
- 7+ years of experience with ITIL-based ITSM processes
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and platform updates
Core Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and development best practices
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems (APIs, web services)
- Solid understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (W3C compliance)
IV. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government agencies or public sector clients
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
