Job description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Employee Central (EC) and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across SuccessFactors HR modules and demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role requires close collaboration with business users, product owners, architects, project managers, and development teams to deliver scalable HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Benefits
- Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Compensation
- Deep understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience configuring and customizing SuccessFactors solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary SME for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Benefits modules.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules based on business needs and SAP best practices.
- Support U.S. Benefits implementation initiatives and ongoing enhancements.
- Design and coordinate integrations and custom developments where required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements and application support.
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure adherence to SAP standard functionality while addressing business requirements.
- Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and promote best practices across the organization.
