Responsibilities:Role Name: SAP FICO ConsultantWork site: Sandy Springs, Georgia / Atlanta- 100% onsite so need localsSeeking 3- 5 years experienced SAP Finance Systems Support Analyst to provide functional and production support for SAP FICO and integrated business processes across Order-to-Pay (OTP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domains. This is 100% onsite position in Atlanta locationThe resource will be responsible for maintaining system stability, troubleshooting production issues, supporting integrations, coordinating with business stakeholders, and driving continuous improvements across finance-related applications and processes. Should have thorough expertise to maneuver across FI and CO modules.Job Description for SAP FICO
• Hands on experience in Design, customize, configure and testing of FI & CO Module (like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking).• Worked on cross modules such as MM, SD, other process.• Worked on Interfaces (IDOCs issue) such as Concur, BCD air travel, FedEx charges, etc• Resolved the Issues in GL, AP, AR, Banking and MM.• Worked on couple of Interfaces such as Concur, BCD air travel, FedEx charges, etc• Nice to have basic ABAP with Debugging Skills• Ensuring all the assigned tasks to be delivered in stipulated time.• Prepared Application overview document, PPT-for playback sessions.• Prepared MOM (minutes of meeting) documents.• Having experience on service now tool
• Having experience on Jira tool.Additional roles/ activities• Monitoring question in service now tool and email as well• Ensuring all the assigned tasks to be delivered in stipulated time.• Attending offshore/onshore calls.• Co-ordinating with L2 team to prepare test data to resolve recurring issues.• Preparing SOPs for recurring tickets• Good Communication Skills and hands on experience to interact with end customer• Added advantage if Auto domain experience
