Establish development standards, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and Tableau Next assets.
System Integration & Agentic AI
Integrate Agentic AI models into core workflows, ensuring secure connectivity between autonomous agents and enterprise data.
Build high-performance REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven architectures to connect external tech stacks with Salesforce.
Supervise hands-on configuration of data graphs, identity resolution rules, and real-time streaming ingestion.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce technical implementation roles, with a proven track role leading engineering teams.
Hands-on Delivery: Deep technical expertise configuring Data 360, including ingestion, transformation, and activation layers.
Marketing Automation: Proven experience implementing Marketing Cloud Next platforms, managing data extensions, and API triggers.
AI & Visualization: Practical experience deploying Agentforce/Agentic AI solutions and building unified semantic layers in Tableau Next.
Core Development: Strong mastery of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, MuleSoft, or custom middleware.
