JD:
MUST have skills
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience successfully leading projects as well as significant project experience in new product development; proficiency in SAP is preferred
• Experience with SAP RISE.
• Experienced at identifying needs, assigning roles and responsibilities, and leading cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables
• Ability to effectively work with teams and suppliers from different cultures and countries
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP projects with hands on SAP knowledge
• Migration to SAP cloud is preferred
• Ideal candidate should have worked as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role
• End to End knowledge of SAP project & Support methodology
• Proficient in SAP project methodologies (Activate & Agile) and ITSM concepts
• Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Strong management and leadership experience with globally distributed teams
