The client operates in the pharmaceutical industry. The client’s name will be disclosed during the screening round.
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, and Absence Management.
- Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, with two or more completed implementations preferred.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, UAT, and go-live support.
- Strong experience facilitating client workshops, managing functional workstreams, and coordinating with integration, reporting, and technical teams.
- Valid US work authorization and knowledge of relevant US HR processes and regulations.
- Oracle HCM certification and exposure to Payroll, OTL, Talent Management, HCM Security, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI are preferred.
