Job Title: Sr. SAP Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA – Onsite

Role Description:
· As an SAP Business Analyst, Facilitates and leads SAP cross functional team of business owners, product management, software development, system architects, SQA and other key stakeholders to translate Business Requirements into effective Systems Solution.
· Should have experience in SAP Functionalities OTC, FI, MM and SAP Enterprise Projects and other enterprise applications areas – Salesforce, CPQ and other integrations.
· Evaluate business processes/systems and lead solution definition (workflow, technology, data, etc.) to support business goals and initiatives.
· Manage changes to the solution requirements, assessing the impact of requirement changes, and ensuring appropriate approval of those changes.
· Quickly understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, systems capabilities, and presents solution options.
· Manage solution requirement communication, ensuring that stakeholders have a shared understanding of the requirements.
· Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify project objectives, scope, dependencies and risks for projects.
· Participate in User Acceptance Testing, to ensure solution provided meets the business acceptance.
