Title: ServiceNow Architect- 12+
The position is remote, however, it does involve travel, which can be anywhere in the US, travel is up to 15%. Travel expenses will be paid for.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AI-powered ServiceNow solutions
- Implement Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI Workflows
- Build GenAI-enabled process automation and intelligent workflows
- Configure AI Agents, skills, prompts and workflow orchestration
- Integrate ServiceNow with LLMs, third-party AI tools and data platforms
- Lead and mentor technical teams
- Advise customers on AI architecture, governance and best practices
- Communicate the business value and ROI of AI solutions

Requirements
- Expert-level ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Strong experience with Now Assist, AI Agents and Agentic AI
- Expertise across at least two ServiceNow modules/process areas
- Understanding of GenAI, LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience with AI integrations and workflow automation
- Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead technical delivery while remaining hands-on
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable
- Able to travel up to 15%
