Job Overview:
Client currently has an immediate need for a Remote Senior Business Analyst to support a long-term state government project. This is a 3-year contract opportunity.
Please ensure candidates meet all required qualifications before applying.
Must-Have Qualifications (No Exceptions):
ā¢ 5+ years of experience working with Federal or State Health and Human Service IT projects such as CalHEERS, State Welfare Medi-Cal projects, Statewide Automated Welfare System, Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System, or comparable systems.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience providing project, technical, or functional management support on a large-scale government IT project with a solution that:
- Is accessed by at least one thousand (1,000) users at multiple locations.
- Has a dollar value of at least ten million ($10,000,000).
- Includes multi-tiered processing, including a consumer or user-facing front end optimized for multiple user interfaces.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements applied to the design and development of systems and networks.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience performing requirements analysis and design documentation reviews.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience with system change management processes.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience actively participating in or facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
ā¢ 5+ years of experience reviewing, validating, and providing input into Use Case Scenarios and/or Test Scripts for large-scale government IT projects.
