Job description:
Finance Degree is a must like CPA , CA, MBA finance etc.
Prefer background in Utility ( SAP ISU)
• Min 14+ years of experience in Technology Leadership & Project Management.
• Responsible for working across all the operations on a cross functional project requiring new data from different sources.
• Project Management with a proven track record in leading successful initiatives focused on change management, master data management, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in managing and improving cross-functional collaboration and developing new escalation frameworks.
• Specialized skills and expertise job to provide leadership and purposely disseminate that knowledge within the organization.
• Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements.
• Broad ranging in SAP ERP implementation, configuration, enhancement and support knowledge preferably gained from working in a similar role/on-site as a functional lead in multiple SAP modules.
• Review and analyze P&L statements and balance sheets to identify irregularities, inconsistencies, or suspicious transactions that could indicate fraud or financial misstatements.
• Experience in working with onsite and offshore team members to collaborate on projects requiring multiple skill sets
• Interact with business users, requirement gathering, mapping of standard vs custom functionalities, co-ordinate for development and solution deployment
• Proven ability to build, manage, work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
