Role: Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
Location: Hartford, CT / Hybrid

Role Description
• Design and build Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for workflow optimization.
• Integrate upstream systems using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, FHIR APIs, and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
• Lead delivery activities including story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
• Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams.

Required Skills
Salesforce Experience & Certifications
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 8+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) Certification.
• Agentforce Specialist Certification.

Salesforce Development & Administration
• 8+ years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience.
• Salesforce CRM.
• Apex Language.
• Apex Classes.
• Apex Triggers.
• SOQL.
• Visualforce Pages.
• Workflow & Approvals.
• Dashboards.
• Custom Objects.
• Package Installations.
• Email Templates.
• Formulas. • Validation Rules. • AppExchange. • Apex Data Loader.
• Roles & Profiles.

Lightning Development
• 1+ year of Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.

Programming Languages
• 5+ years of experience with:
o Apex
o Core Java
o JavaScript

Tools
• 3-5 years of experience with:
o Force.com IDE
o Apex Data Loader
o ANT
o AutoRABIT (preferred)

Agentforce & Methodology
• Experience building AI agents using Agentforce.
• Experience working in Agile methodology.
• SAFe methodology experience preferred.
