Job Description :
- Strong understanding of HR processes, proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, and experience with system administration, integrations, and testing.
- Must have experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS HCM modules like Core HR and developing technical solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Modify and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations for employee/people data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including problems with integrations and data flows.
- Create and maintain technical designs, support procedures, and other necessary documentation.
- Develop ad-hoc SQL queries and reports to provide data analysis and solutions.

Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM modules.
- In-depth understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
- Managing and configuring Oracle's E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with responsibilities including gathering requirements, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades.
- Ability to understand business requirements and identify the data elements and extract that data from Oracle EBS database.
- Strong experience of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with integrations, data flows, and system administration in Oracle EBS.
- Experience with HR implementations.
- Oracle certifications, such as the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for EBS R12 Human Capital Management, can be beneficial.
