ā¢ Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and Sequelize ORM, with API documentation via OpenAPI/Swagger.
ā¢ Integrate bioinformatics workflows leveraging Python and Bash scripting, including CSV/Excel data processing.
ā¢ Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Docker, and deploy applications on AWS and Cloud Foundry.
ā¢ Ensure quality through automated testing using Jest, React Testing Library, pytest, and Shellspec.
