- SAP ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 8 experience
- Experience handling complex Benefits and Payroll service requests
- Experience configuring complex payroll rules, schemas, functions, and wage types
- Experience with Benefits plan configuration and automation
- Experience creating and maintaining Benefits & Payroll reports
- Strong understanding of SAP HR Benefits and Payroll modules
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading requirements gathering workshops and client meetings
- Ability to analyze and translate complex business requirements into SAP solutions
