Need SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant for Brentwood, TN

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant with 10-12 years of SAP PM implementation and support experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in SAP PM processes, asset management, preventive maintenance, work order management, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, QM, PP, EAM, and FI/CO.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM solutions.
Configure Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Measuring Points, Work Centers.
Configure Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance Plans, Calibration and Refurbishment processes.
Participate in SAP ECC/S4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, testing, deployment, and training.
Support integration with MM, PP, QM, FI/CO, and third-party systems.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 support and process improvement recommendations.
 

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10-15 years of SAP PM functional consulting experience.
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA PM.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
 

SAP S/4HANA Asset Management experience.
SAP Fiori applications for Plant Maintenance.
SAP Asset Manager, SAP Work Manager, and SAP IAM exposure.
SAP PM/EAM certification preferred.
Experience in Oil and Gas industry
