Experience in Agentforce building AI agents Experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology Good communication and collaborative skills
5 years of healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing)
Core Responsibilities:
Design & build Health Cloud Service Cloud for Claims inventory workflow optimization
Integrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
Lead delivery: story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, CI/CD.
Govern compliance: HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, role/permission modeling.
Mentor developers and collaborate with Architecture, product, security, and data teams.
