We are seeking an experienced Lead Technology Program Manager to drive a large-scale Supply Chain Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and integration program. This role requires strong expertise in Manhattan Associates and Blue Yonder (JDA) platforms, along with proven leadership in managing complex, enterprise-wide technology programs.
Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT / Technology Program Management

6+ years leading large, cross-functional programs or portfolios

3+ years working in Agile/product-based environments using tools like JIRA

Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementation and integration

Hands-on experience with:

Manhattan Associates WMS

Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS

Proven experience managing large-scale system conversions, integrations, or transformations

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working with senior leadership and enterprise stakeholders
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex WMS transformation programs (Manhattan & Blue Yonder)

Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts

Ensure delivery aligned with scope, cost, timeline, and quality objectives

Establish governance frameworks and drive program cadences, reporting, and execution discipline

Collaborate with C-level executives, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Lead global teams and third-party solution providers to achieve business outcomes

Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies
-
Drive decision-making, prioritization, and execution in an Agile/product environment

Ensure transparency using tools like JIRA or equivalent Agile platforms
