The Program Manager is responsible for the overall successful delivery of the program. This includes the coordinated management of multiple related projects and, in many cases, ongoing operations that are directed toward a common objective.

The Program Manager works with Project Team Members, who are responsible to the Program Manager for the execution of their respective projects and their impact on the overall program. The Program Manager monitors the cost, schedule, quality, and technical and user performance of component projects and operations while working to ensure the overall success of the program.

The Program Manager is responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among constituent projects for the overall benefit of the program. The role is also responsible for stakeholder management, particularly with stakeholders external to the organization. This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

 

Required Experience:

• PMP Certified
• Healthcare payer insurance experience
• AI, data, and cloud transformation adoption experience
• 7+ years of related work experience with a strong emphasis on delivering technology services.
• 7+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Technology strategy execution
• Roadmap delivery
• Cross-functional alignment
• Executive governance
• Business case realization
• Experience managing a program consisting of multiple projects.
• Experience mentoring and coaching Project Managers.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects and project budgets.

Required Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• PMP certification required.
