Immediate need for Oracle Fusion Architect C2C requirements

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Architect

Location: Remote

Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and HR domains.
Define enterprise-level architecture standards, integration strategies, and data flow models for Fusion Cloud applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead implementation teams through design, configuration, customization, and deployment phases.
Oversee integration between Oracle Fusion and external systems (using OIC, REST APIs, or middleware).
Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices for performance, security, and compliance.
Conduct architecture reviews, performance assessments, and system optimization.
Partner with security and infrastructure teams to maintain a robust, compliant, and resilient Fusion environment.
Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, patches, and new features to guide upgrade strategies.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to development and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years as an Oracle Fusion Cloud Architect.
Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and Financials.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, BIP, OTBI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Deep understanding of Fusion Security, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and data governance.
Experience in Cloud architecture principles (preferably OCI) and multi-application integration.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for Oracle Cloud solutions.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Certified Architect or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification.
Experience with on-premise to cloud migration or hybrid Oracle environments.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to AI/ML or RPA integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
