Location: Dallas, Texas – Onsite

Duration: 12+ months

Required

• Work on manual QA efforts for a large-scale CIS Transformation program covering billing, meter-to-cash, customer, and financial integrations
• Define, design and execute test scenarios/ test cases for complex system and end-to-end integrations involving Oracle C2M, TIBCO BW, MDMS, IVR, CRM, and downstream financial systems
• Utilize utility domain knowledge to identify business criticality, priority and categorize test scope.
• Translate business processes, regulatory requirements, and technical designs into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Plan and manage System, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End, Regression, and UAT testing cycles
  Own test data management across CIS domains (customers, meters, usage, billing, payments, adjustments)
• Utilities experience is a must have/ CCB/C2M experience
