Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with strong hands-on experience in ERwin Data Modeler, enterprise data modeling, and banking/financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models using ERwin.
Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise data models.
Develop ER models, relational models, dimensional models, and data warehouse models.
Perform reverse engineering and forward engineering using ERwin.
Define entities, attributes, relationships, keys, constraints, and business rules.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, DBAs, data engineers, and enterprise architects.
Support data governance, metadata, data lineage, data quality, and data integration initiatives.
Create data dictionaries and source-to-target mappings.
Review and optimize existing data models and database structures.
Ensure adherence to enterprise data modeling standards and naming conventions.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Data Architecture/Data Modeling.
Strong hands-on ERwin Data Modeler experience.
Strong knowledge of Conceptual, Logical & Physical Data Modeling.
Excellent SQL and relational database knowledge.
Experience with Data Warehouse / ETL / ELT concepts.
Knowledge of Data Governance, Metadata & Data Lineage.
Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake.
Exposure to AWS/Azure/Databricks/Snowflake.
Experience with banking domains such as Payments, Loans, Accounts, Risk, Securities, or Customer Data.
Experience working with major financial institutions.
