Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM / .NET and Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), custom .NET architectures, and modern Power Platform solutions to deliver highly functional, scalable, and secure business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Development: * Design and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing).
- Build and configure Model-Driven and Canvas apps, Power Automate cloud/desktop flows, and Power Pages.
- Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript/TypeScript extensions for D365.
- .NET Integration & Development:
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable C# code using .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, and Web APIs to integrate D365 with third-party applications.
- Architecture & Data Management:
- Design data models within Microsoft Dataverse ensuring security, performance, and integrity.
- Manage data migrations and complex system integrations utilizing tools like Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or custom console apps.
- Collaboration & Maintenance:
- Work closely with stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Provide tier-3 troubleshooting support, resolve bugs, and optimize existing codebases and system performance.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM/365 development and the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Core Technical Stack: * Proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics plugins, and custom workflow development.
- Cloud & Integration: * Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure AD).
- Proven track record of developing and integrating APIs.
- Database & Querying: Solid experience with SQL Server, FetchXML, and OData queries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
