Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & CRM Consultants to join high-profile Greenfield implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, with additional expertise in voice/telephony integration solutions.

This role requires professionals who can work closely with business stakeholders, lead solution design discussions, configure and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, support testing activities, and drive successful go-live deployments.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead and participate in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or CRM implementations.

·         Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

·         Design, configure, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 applications.

·         Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Support data migration, integration, testing, training, and production deployment activities.

·         Implement and support Greenfield Dynamics 365 projects from discovery through go-live.

·         Design and implement voice/telephony integration solutions with Dynamics 365.

·         Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.

·         Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and deployment artifacts.

·         Provide recommendations on best practices, governance, and system optimization.

Required Qualifications

·         12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

·         Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance implementations and/or Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

·         Strong experience in Greenfield implementation projects.

·         Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

·         Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

·         Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently and drive project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with voice call/telephony integration platforms integrated with Dynamics 365.

·         Knowledge of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) solutions.

·         Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

·         Familiarity with Azure Integration Services and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.

·         Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred.

·         Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients and distributed project teams.
