Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across multiple teams. The candidate should have strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

 

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure)
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies using RAIDs/logs
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards

 

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Azure DevOps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting ability
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority

 

Preferred Qualifications :

• PMP Certification
• Scrum Master Certification

 

Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
