Longterm Contract
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Apparel Merchandising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT change management, business transformation, PLM implementation, or related operational roles.
• Experience supporting PLM systems such as Lectra, Kubix Link, Centric PLM, PTC FlexPLM, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of the apparel product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Merchandising, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams. • Working knowledge of: o Bills of Materials (BOMs) o Cost Sheets o Garment measurements and specifications o Patterns and apparel construction concepts
• Strong understanding of organizational change management and stakeholder engagement best practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of successful system implementations and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
