Experience

•At least 6 to 8 years of experience with Healthcare Payer with emphasis on plan design, member enrollment (New and Renewal)/eligibility and Provider domain, Health and Wellness domain.
•Possess deep knowledge and understanding of both the integrated healthcare landscape (current and future from provider, patient, and payor perspective)
•The SME will be responsible for partnering with the stakeholders, and Product Teams in identifying opportunities for client growth
•Provide solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
•Provide advice on Digital Healthcare trends such as Digital Payments, Online Enrollment, Cloud Computing in Healthcare, the internet of medical things, Patient care and wellness.
•Provide guidance to the team on new trends and technologies in the Healthcare Insurance domain.

Development Tools:

•Plan design, Member Enrollment/Eligibility, Accounts, Coverage, Claims processing, Payments, Providers, Health and Wellness, patient care, collaboration, Digital Healthcare Technologies and trends.

Other preferences:

• Preferred Master’s or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Preferably understands AI/ML big data analytics and statistical modelling
