  • Should be able to Coach engineering teams on effective AI tool usage Copilot, Claude, Codex
  • Should be able to Develop AI enabled SDLC playbooks – Defining best practices, workflows, and guardrails
  • Should be able to train teams on AI assisted development
  • Experienced and Hands on agent building
