Job Description::OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across one or more teams. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with Scrum principles, Agile ceremonies, and Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence, with a proven ability to coach teams toward high performance and continuous improvement.Must Have SkillsScrum MasterGood to HaveProficiency in client technologies to effectively manage and support projectsRole SummaryAs a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, and enabling the delivery of high-quality products. Key ResponsibilitiesManage project scope, timelines, and sprint planning processesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including:Daily stand-upsSprint planningSprint reviewsRetrospectivesCoordinate sprints and ensure smooth execution of Agile workflowsCoach team members on Scrum practices, Agile principles, and continuous improvementFacilitate clear and effective communication within teams and across stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for external communications (clients, stakeholders)Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog, priorities, and new requestsIdentify and remove impediments that hinder team progressResolve conflicts and foster a positive, productive team environmentEnsure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprintDrive teams toward higher levels of Scrum maturity and self-organizationUse JIRA for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reportingLeverage Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaborationRequirements5+ years of experience as a Scrum MasterHands-on experience with JIRA boards and ConfluenceStrong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including:User storiesDefinition of Done (DoD)Backlog refinementAutomated testing conceptsFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plusPreferred SkillsKnowledge of additional Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)Exposure to cloud and data technologies such as:AWSSnowflakeDBTFivetranDemonstrated servant leadership mindset with strong facilitation capabilitiesWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-performing, self-organizing Agile teamsConsistent, high-quality sprint deliveryImproved team velocity and Agile maturityStrong collaboration between engineering, product, and stakeholders
